“We provide one solution which manages data, integrates a case management platform, and is also capable of digitally sharing this information with other agencies,” says Kevin Mullins, CEO of Intrensic. According to him, Intrensic developed its platform to address the challenges and meet the key rising needs of the industry. A large number of police agencies were required to change their policy and still not being able to operate as efficiently as they really could or should because of the limitations of their current solution, such as the lower resolution of the camera or enormously growing storage demands. Intrensic’s platform not only mirrors the data, giving a proper backup but also authenticates, catalogs and audits the information. The easily searchable platform contains an internal communication ecosystem which eliminates the need to connect to less secure means such as email or SMS.
Apart from this, the company’s cloud database allows videos to be uploaded and viewed throughout the department in almost real-time.

Intrensic is creating a revolution in the field of video management, giving Law Enforcement a new direction
Recently, to make their solution more user-friendly, Intrensic has developed two new features. Initiated primarily by California law, which is very specific about how information is stored with regards to evidence from a juvenile. Intrensic’s solution has the ability to mark or tag this piece of evidence securely so that the information does not get passed to any third party. The second new feature allows the platform to upload information from the field, with the capability of tagging certain video files that need priority upload for immediate supervisory review.
The company has a digital evidence engage management model, which is integrated with their record management system for public safety. This provides a single solution for detecting information and porting end-to-end through the prosecution. Moreover, Intrensic is the only company that provides a solution to store Unmanned Aircraft Systems and drone captured data. “Use of drone technology is becoming a required tool of law enforcement in their operations and we have the solution to integrate drone captured video into our digital evidence management platform – Evidence on Cloud,” adds Mullins.
However, in this new era of high-quality image capture and world-class management and storage platform, Intrensic is creating a revolution in the field of video management, giving Law Enforcement a new direction. According to Mullins, the next decade will be a virtual oriented world, with less reliance on verbal descriptive accounts and more on digital video data for every function. Perceiving this, Intrensic will be striving to become “all things video” by providing integrated solutions working with multiple source platforms.
